These Terms are governed by, and must be interpreted in accordance with, Colombian consumer protection law, in particular Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute). If you have a complaint or claim (PQR) regarding your purchase, you may contact us using the details in Section 1, and you may also file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
